At CAMILLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted piece isn't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and safely tucked inside the original CAMILLA packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
